Bachelor's Degree Syllabus and Outline
This course is important for anyone who is working in any area of ministry, or with a vision to teach, minister, be an evangelist, deacon, music leader, or any other position in ministry, or your local church. God does the calling and equipping for any position, we simply try to prepare you with the working knowledge of ministry.

Proverbs 2:6  "For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding."

 
There is no charge for the courses or degree, however the textbooks are your responsibility.
These courses require reading material for text books, available at any book store or online at Amazon.com, or ThriftBooks.com, very reasonable. PTBI does not sell nor provide the textbooks. If you need help in finding them reasonable, please let us know. We recommend that if you are planning for the degree program, that you go ahead and get them as you can, and begin reading, or hold on to them til you begin that course.

We do ask you pray and allow God to direct your path, in reference to any offerings to help cover printing, Internet, and ministry costs in providing this program free of charge. We will never ask you to "pay" for the course or degree. God paid that price, at Calvary.

Christian Discipleship
2 Credits A course designed to show Biblical principles of leadership, discipleship, and ministry, whether you are a pastor, or parishoner, a counsellor or teacher, there is no "seat warmer" call, and the Word of God is our guide for any area of ministry, as we are all called, and need to be good disciples and leaders or we can't be good followers of Christ.

AA Course Thesis Essay
3 Credits This essay is a single 3-credit requirement completed in addition to the 27 credit, 20 course, series of lessons prior. The essay provides a chance to review the learning experiences you have had, and may include a brief history and vision of your ministry, and what God has shown you as you have studied the Word of God. The essay is recommended to be 1000 words or more, however we also urge you to seek God, and follow the Holy Spirit's direction at completing this. There is no right or wrong way to do this, only completion counts, and being obedient to God. If you plan to comlete the Degree Course, we recommend you begin work on this with each course, do a short essay, then keep each one handy, and put them together to complete this requirement

BA Course Thesis Essay
3 Credits The Bachelor's essay is a single 3-credit requirement completed as a final requirement for the Bachelor'e Degree program. The essay is recommended to be 1500 words or more, however we also urge you to seek God, and follow the Holy Spirit's direction at completing this. There is no right or wrong way to do this, only completion counts, and being obedient to God. This essay is to be on your vision for ministry and what a lifestyle of ministry means to you.
There are no charges for any courses.

Once the full 45 Credits are complete you will receive A Bachelor's  Degree in Ministry,
provided you have completed all credits, with a total grade average of 70% ( C ) or higher. But most important, you will have a better working knowledge of The word of God, and be closer in your relationship with Him.
