The name given by Abraham to the place where he had sacrificed a ram provided by God, instead of his son Isaac. The meaning plainly is that the Lord sees and provides for the necessities of His servants. There is an reference to Genesis 22:8 where Abraham says, "God will provide himself the lamb for a burnt offering."

"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever." (Hebrews 13:8) therefore, if He provided for Abraham, He will also provide for YOU, or anyone in need. Phillipians 4:19 shows us that "my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." (Notice it says HIS riches, not ours, and that HE will provide, not us)

PTM and our staff are only obedient servants, following what God directs and helping those in need, according to God's Word.  ( Deut. 15:11 " Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.")

The Jehovah-Jireh Project is a part of PTM's vision to be able to feed those that are hungry, and provide for those that are in need, around the United States. We have families that are going hungry, and doing without, becasue of "falling thru the cracks" of the system, or for various other reasons. No matter what the reason, PTM will strive to find assistance or provide assistance to anyone in need, not only during the holidays, but ALL YEAR long.

Now, with this project, We maintain a special fund, and food pantry, located in Huntington, WV to help families and individuals, any time there is a need, no matter what the reason, with groceries, diapers, personal items, and etc.. When there is a need in other areas of the US, we will find a resource in that city, or state to help provide and meet that particular need. PTM often supports other ministries that meet these specific needs thru offerings to them, and prayers. God is Jehovah-Jireh, it is all supplied by HIM, we are only being servants.

PTM nor The Jehovah-Jireh Project can guarantee direct financial assistance for any need, but we will guarantee that GOD, will provide and make a way for you...He will NEVER let you down, if you will simply trust in HIM and BELIEVE, according to HIS Word. PTM will do our very best to either provide assistance, or find assistance and make referrals, in YOUR area for your specific needs, once we have all information necessary.   Finally, we ask that you be obedient to God and the Holy Spirit's direction about helping, whether it be an offering to the project, (Remember this IS the same as our Holiday Assistance program, only it is all year round now, your support is needed.) offering your time and talents, or whatever GOD tells you to do and leads you to do, just be obedient is all we ask. We are not begging for money or anything, because Jehovah-Jireh always provides.... and has never, ever failed us, when we were obedient to Him.
