"THE POWER OF THE WORD"

Affliction?depression,obsession,possession?feel them from within or without?Tools of the devil they are, of this,i have no doubt.
Troubled over money,filled with worry or stress?These are the tools i think he likes ,to use best.
He knows how to hit us where it hurts,to take power from us, and leave us groveling in the dirt.
Depression is next on his list,making you feel empty inside,lost confused,looking for a place to hide.
Having no hope,peace or joy,telling you lies he is,for he has come to destroy.
Then comes obsession,looking for things to
satisfy,booze,money,power,women,just whatever gives pleasure to our eye.
Lastly,but not least is possession,where upon your soul he will feast.
Hope is totally gone,no light can you see,no way out,darkness...for an eternity.
Living for night,hiding from the day,evil slowly creeping itself in,having his way.
Lies! All lies,so far from the truth and what is real,for life is so much more ,than the things that you feel.
To live through our emotions alone,can make us such fools,for it is through them,our lives he will rule.
It is wisdom and knowledge that conquers the fear,through the Lord's word,that is why He left it here.
So that we will know just what to do,when that old devil starts to torement you.
Faith is required,we are to trust,to overcome Satan's power,this is a must.
Stand on God's word,unmoved and no doubt,and make that devil flee with a shout!
Have no fear of him or what he can do,stand on the word of God,the word that is true.
Cast off the chains,that he has used to bind,then peace,love and joy again,you will find.
Take your stand,let your voice be heard,and remove his presence from you , by the power of the word!
